SHIPPING:

Shipping to U.S. Customers $7 flat rate!

EJ Strong & Co. is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered within our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS:

All returns must be initiated and sent back within 15 business days from the day you received the items to obtain a refund. Email us at ejstrongco@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and reason as to why you are returning the item(s). The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are non-refundable/returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

EXCHANGES:

All exchanges must be initiated and sent back within 15 business days from the day you received the items. Email us at ejstrongco@gmail.com and include your name, order number, reason as to why you are exchanging the item(s), along with your desired replacement. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges subject to inventory availability. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you have received a defective item, please email us immediately at ejstrongco@gmail.com before sending in your return.
